Connect a calendar so the AI agent reads availability, creates events, and sends invitations automatically. Google Calendar is recommended — it is the most stable, widely supported, and has a free API tier.
Configure the client's own SMTP relay so all outgoing emails (booking confirmations, reminders, payment receipts, campaign emails) are sent from their company email address — not a generic system address.
Activate the channels this client will use. Each channel routes incoming messages to the AI agent. The AI can also send outbound messages (confirmations, reminders, campaign blasts) through each active channel.
1. Register at business.facebook.com → WhatsApp → Add phone number

For inbound email handling, the system polls a dedicated inbox. Outbound emails use the SMTP relay configured in the Modules tab.
Add staff members who receive AI notifications when events happen. Each person can be notified via WhatsApp and/or Email. Add at least one person per active department.
Seed the AI's initial knowledge. You can add more after onboarding. The AI uses this to answer every customer question.
